So the only method is to simply delete that one file before each launch. I tried creating a new file in its place with the same name, set to read-only so it can't be overwritten, but unfortunately this causes the game to hang when it's downloading the file. You can also just go to your Diablo Immortal folder and use the search functionality. On my system the file is located here:"X:\Diablo Immortal\LocalData\Patch\fc"
Unfortunately you still have to do it before every launch. This results in a small 5MB re-download when you launch the game. I think the entire skill is cheesy and needs to just be reworked into something else. Necro is a class I know very well and has likely my most playtime out of any other class, but I have been refusing to play it do to borrowed time. I have tried both and they do slim to no dmg to anyone. Wizard with invis torrent at my reso does nothing same with lance spam necro. Bk I can go positive with, have to make full use of the double invuln. The only reason wiz and necro aren’t being nerfed in my eyes is bc they still both suck at my investment level. All of which were running the same sort of build (lance bone armor borrowed time wraith). Not only did they have those 2 ridiculously unkillable high res Necros but they had like 3 others in the 3-5k reso bracket. The first game going against frky and asmund ended in being spawn trapped at the spawn wall of the idol walk phase. I am a very low spender and am a very skilled pvp player, I have 2820 reso but usually go positive unless I get over stacked teams like that. Everyone of the games my team had only 1 8-10k reso player. First queues (first 3 matches) yesterday I was against frky, not only was I against him, it was him and asmund the first game, and then him and ezerath the following 2 games. I think it’s funny that you bring this up as I now think whales are figuring out ways to skew matches.
